World of Maths
THUMP! THUMP! THUMP! We were in the World of Maths. We looked at the shiny tables and sat on the ground. Kath talked about how the games worked. After a little while, we put people into groups. I was with Paige, Ashton, Ella and Ava. First, we played, 'Make a shape.' Ashton and I were a group and we took a long time to find out what shape to make but there were some instructions down the bottom. Paige read them out. I made a house shape then it was Ashton's turn. He made a rectangle. We kept taking turns then we moved to next one. We played the block game. It took a longer time to fit the blocks in perfectly. Finally, we finished and moved to 'Where's Katy?' We each got a turn opening a door. After we finished, we walked to a game called Monkey. It was fun because we had to see how many nails our monkey could make it down. After that, we had just a little race then we went on with a different game then the teachers said it was time to go. We said goodbye, then went back to class.
